Hello my name is Kenny and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 15 years. I have been married to my wife, Rachelle, for 18 years and we have two boys, Kaden and Kelan. When I am not working I like to spend time with my family, go golfing, travel and watching Sporting Kansas City Soccer and U.S. men’s soccer. Some fun facts about me are that I like all kinds of music, my favorite meal is my wife’s potato soup and my favorite movies are Caddy Shack and Top Gun. As a Sales Manager, my favorite part of my job is meeting new people. I make the experience different at Honda of Lincoln by putting humor into what I do to lighten the mood. Purchasing a vehicle can be somewhat of a stressful situation and I like to ease that stress for our customers. My motto is, “Hesitation gets you nowhere.”

Initially I stopped in to check out used cars, a CR-v to be specific. I test drove 2 and thought I would purchase one of them. You were limited on color choices (black and a blue that was not too cool. I be specific. I test drove 2 and thought I would purchase one of them. You were limited on color choices (black and a blue that was not too cool. I didn't want black so asked about the cost of a new one compared to the two I had checked out. The price difference was only 6,000 and for the additional guarantees and my choice of a beautiful dark gray color I went for the new CRV-XL. Forest was very nice and didn't rush me in test driving 3 cars, explaining the differences more then once I might add as it does become confusing after listening to each cars features and guarantees. I had a lot of questions and he knew most of the answers but the questions he didn't have the info on he checked once we returned to the dealership and gave me the information. I I knew I wanted a car that offered either a limited guarantee or a full guarantee and again, for the difference in price I went with the new 2013 car. Kenny was very kind and helped bring the price down a little more once I decided on the new car. My goal was not to spend more then 30,000. I knew I still had to add taxes and pay licensing and registration so even though the end result was over 30,00 he brought the car plus my trade in down to a more manageable price for me. (I bought my 1998 CR-V from Williamson in 2000 and when I drove it into the lot it had over 183,000 miles) The body was in great shape and the interior was clean. There was one scratch on the right side front fender but I always kept the car clean so there was no rust, which was amazing for a car this old and with a scratch on one side. I always serviced my 1998 Honda at Williamson's and appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of your service guys. I loved the guys who shuttled me back and forth to work when I had to leave the car as well. They were always friendly but not overly chatty. You have awesome employees. Chad was extremely helpful getting my paperwork done as quickly as possible. I had not planned on purchasing a car that afternoon and by the time I made my decision it was getting late....and I was hungry. I thought I would check out cars and return in a day or two with my decision. It was late in the afternoon but Chad was true to his word on getting the credit check and paperwork done as fast as possible. He explained what each of the papers were as I signed and was very informative about the billing and payment deduction process. (He has two very cute little boys by the way). When I asked about paying a lump sum a couple months into 2014 he explained how I should do that so that double payments were not taken from my back account whenever I decided to make the lump sum payment. I loved my experience at Williamson's and thought each of the sales persons were wonderful. Please keep up the good work, don't change and become some 'gotta sell new or used cars at not cost' dealership. I have always felt that Honda of Lincoln is trustworthy from my prior experiences with the service department. Sometimes the small things matter and carry over into the overall experience - I love having from my prior experiences with the service department. Sometimes the small things matter and carry over into the overall experience - I love having the door opened each time I arrive at the dealership with a professional and caring greeting. Although we have owned other Hondas, this was the first time that we have purchased from Honda of Lincoln. We were in the market for a used SUV and my husband found a Suburban online at Honda of Lincoln. He was impressed by the communication with Ryan Roberts before we were able to make it to the dealership. Ryan made sure to have the vehicle cleaned and in the garage for our arrival. He was very easy to work with throughout the process. In the end we purchased a great used vehicle below book value and they gave us a fair price for our trade. Honda of Lincoln has won my loyalty and I am looking forward to working with Ryan again. More

Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Most of the times I have gone to buy a vehicle, it isn't the most comfortable experience. The salespeople are pushy or condescending, and I can't wait until I get out of there. It's not something I look forward to. My experience at Honda of Lincoln was totally different. They listened to exactly what I was looking for, and instead of trying to push me into somehting else, they kept working until I found exactly what I wanted. I was never once asked to look at a vehicle that didn't match what I said I was looking for, and if there was anything I didn't like aboout what I was looking at, they just showed me a different one, no questions asked. The negotiation phase of my vehcile purchase was extremely easy, and very transparent. There weren't any gimmicks, or smoke and mirrors, it was just "what can we do to earn your business." I really appreciated that. I drove 250 miles to buy this car, so I was glad I didn't get jerked around when I got there, but I really got a much better deal than what I was expecting. I live in a small town in southwest Nebraska, which is almost exactly in between Lincoln and Denver. I have been telling everyone since I got back to go down there to buy Hondas. We have a Honda dealer in North Platte, but the way I was treated, and the deal I got made it well worth the drive. Honda of Lincoln and Kenny Soulliere made this the best experience I've ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely buy there again, and I would recommend Honda of Lincoln to ANYONE. More

We had worked with kenny Soullier before and when we went in to buy the Cr-V we found out that he was promoted so he got Caleb Tran to work with us.
