We were surprised by the friendliness, the concern of what we wanted and the out going support to find our new vehicle. Before we got back from a test drive, a dealer had called looking for a vehicle that Lincoln had and they in turn had the vehicle we were looking for. My husband and I both said it was meant to be. They had a used Certified Pre-Owned Odyssey with low mileage that fit the bill with exactly the luxury options that we wanted. He even had the all weather mats installed for us when we picked up the car the following day.
