After agreeing to a sale with the salesman Kenny, another salesmen supposedly decided to sell vehicle from under me 1 hour before my appointment to finalize the sale. This is after several calls from my bank salesmen supposedly decided to sell vehicle from under me 1 hour before my appointment to finalize the sale. This is after several calls from my bank in attempts to close the loan. The miscommunication in this dealership is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone. More

Kenny was the absolute best! We had been searching for the perfect mid size SUV for what felt like forever. Right when we pulled up he greeted us with a smile and some humor. He didn’t try to push us like most salesman do, he was so awesome and patient, let us drive around a number of Jeeps and gave us so much insight. Thank you so much Kenny! We will be back someday! Before Came in just to window shop for a Ram and ended up leaving with one the very next day. Greg was absolutely amazing, professional and patient. Before I officially signed paperwork I threw several down payment scenarios at Greg and through my many questions, he was there to provide an answer with no pressure at all. Here it is 5 mos later and I still look outside my window in awe of my Ram parked in my driveway. I'll definitely continue to do business with Greg & have made him aware my next vehicle will be another Ram!!! More

I was tol Found a couple of town and country vans on line. After talking to 2 different people an appointment was made to "test drive" these vehicles. I was told to see a particular salesperson and upon arrival for my appointment I discovered that neither of the vans were at that dealership. Think I was angry? The manager did his best to rectify the situation but the damage was already done. This is an example of a broken system and the communications are lacking to put it mildly. Incidentally and astonishingly, I kept my composure and never used any foul language even though I could have. Very upsetting experience. More

Lack of communication and follow up - Not Customer Friendly I am very disappointed with my first (and only) experience with Suburban Chrysler/Jeep of Farmington Hills. I recently found the pre-owned Jeep Wrang I am very disappointed with my first (and only) experience with Suburban Chrysler/Jeep of Farmington Hills. I recently found the pre-owned Jeep Wrangler AEV that I had been looking for. After working with the finance team, pre-owned cars and pre-owned manager I had secured the vehicle that I had planned to buy. I offered a down payment to secure this vehicle, but was told it was not necessary. Knowing I was going to be out of town for business they simply sold the vehicle for actually more than a $1,000 less than for what I had agreed to pay. I was shocked that eve after an offer of a down payment they sold it. I understand the auto business and have purchased many vehicles (actually 4 from Suburban Collection). I expected some professional courtesy. I actually sent the Dealership GM - Bob MacKenzie a thank you note for his teams willingness to work with me on this sale and the help they had provided. I sent copies of this note to the finance manager, used cars manager, and sales person. NOT ONE thank you or call that I had received. I was shocked even after the loss of the vehicle I had selected and went through the finance process they never proactively called me nor did they work with me to find another vehicle. They NEVER called to look for additional options. Ironically I went to Suburban Collection TROY and purchased a new car without any hassle. Amazing they sales team was oblivious as to how to work with a customer to find an alternative vehicle and let a customer walk away. Still no word from Bob today, amazing! More
