HORRIBLE!!! Do not shop at “reliable” Nissan, was told 45 on my trade in and when ready to move forward and sign papers I am told actually we can only do 38. I later decided to give them a shot at selling me their car and I’d sell mine elsewhere. They said if I delete review. I take down a review and sammie said manager will call me and wrap up the deal and get it done in 2 minutes, then I get ghosted and no word from manager. Call sammie and he said “ohhh you haven’t heard from him? No wayyyy, I will call him and have him finish deal immediately!” 3 hours later and still nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE! More
