He responded quickly to my initial online/telephone inquiry and agreed to hold the car for us, as we had to drive from Fort Myers, FL in a rental after hurricane Ian, in which we lost both cars. He sent a total figure within minutes and never added on any additional costs or fees during the process. He gave us an additional small discount on the price and the dealership managed to secure a great rate to finance the deal. Kenny knew that my wife and I had come from Fort Myers and badly needed a new vehicle, and he never took advantage of us. He helped finish what I considered a fair deal for us in one day.
