We were considering possibly purchasing two used CR-Vs, one low mileage plus an older one with more mileage. Due to great financing for a new CR-V, we chose new, but as soon as we are able my intent is to return and have Ken Arment help me find a replacement vehicle to get to and from work. In my dealings with Ken, we found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere in helping us - I would be very disappointed if we couldn’t work with him in the future. Over my lifetime of buying vehicles, I wish I had developed a great relationship with him years ago. In my opinion, he is a great asset for the Heritage Mazda Bel Air sales team! He came back and I was looking at a new Mazda 3 Sport he Ken and myself talked and I said that I want that. I was in and out of the dealership in 4 hours with my brand new 2018 Mazda 3 Sport.
