Our salesman, Ken, answered any question I had without hounding us. We test drove a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and decided it was the one. The entire process was easy going, and the staff was very friendly. The business manager made signing the papers stress free with jokes and laughs. I would definitely recommend Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep to anyone looking into a new or used vehicle! More

They were so awesome I flew in from NYC I spent months and must have spoken with 40-50 dealers on the quest for my dream car--an SRT Viper. Being in the New York area, I had a ton of differ I spent months and must have spoken with 40-50 dealers on the quest for my dream car--an SRT Viper. Being in the New York area, I had a ton of different dealers I could check out but nobody had the combination of the car I wanted at the right price with the assurance that the Viper was handled properly in their care. After trying to many dealers, It was a pleasure to call Glenbrook and speak with Ken on the phone. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was able to answer all my questions about the condition of the Viper. The car was stored indoors and kept in immaculate condition at the dealership and I had confidence that the Glenbrook team knew how special the Viper is and treated it thusly. I made an offer and within minutes I had worked out, effortlessly, an incredibly good deal for the perfect car. I was elated, and right after the call I bought the first flight out to Fort Wayne that I could take. Ken was waiting at the airport when we got in, drove us to the dealer in a brand new Chrysler 300, and the car was waiting for us, exactly as described when I got there. Perhaps the fact that we ended up staying and chatting for well over an hour with the entire team once we got there speaks to how good of an experience we had. Glenbook is a phenomenal dealership whether it be for a Dart or a Hellcat, I won't hesitate to fly in and drive back my next Fiat or Chrysler product. An absolute A+ experience. More

I pulled into the FIAT parking lot to look (or drool) not expecting to take a test drive...but that is exactly what I did. Ken Starnes listened to what my concerns were and went about trying to match my nee expecting to take a test drive...but that is exactly what I did. Ken Starnes listened to what my concerns were and went about trying to match my needs. COULD have driven away with an Italian hottie that evening; however, I chose to sleep on it and get my head around the deal. In the meantime, Ken found an even better alternative for me...and we signed the paperwork the following day. Very comfortable with him and Mike in Finance...didn't push those add-ons like some dealerships do (and then make you feel GUILTY for not buying them). There were a few 'dings' in the paint that I pointed out and those should be taken care of shortly when the factory-paint arrives. Actually...I have a warm and fuzzy feeling about the entire staff...looked like they were having fun yet getting things done. Comfortable! More

We decided we wanted a fuel efficient care that would also be fun. Our manual Fiat Pop filled the bill. Not only is it fun to drive, it is easy on the wallet at the gas station. We named our car the Sassy Sapphire and we call her Saphy for short. With the recent warmer weather, we have had the top rolled back every single day. We get so many compliments and many requests for a ride around town. The only negative during our purchase was the pressure from finance to purschase extended warranties. We had to explain our reasoning multiple times before finance decided to listen. It created an akward situation. If you want to look at the Fiat, ask for Ken Starnes. He is so much fun to work with. Thanks Ken. More

My name is Charlotte, I'm not kidding when I write this, my husband went into Ft Wayne to get his arm cast cut off and he heard the commerical on the radio and stopped in after, he started texting me this, my husband went into Ft Wayne to get his arm cast cut off and he heard the commerical on the radio and stopped in after, he started texting me about a car, FIAT, and I told him to get out of the store, It's like us women in a shoe store with lots of money. Well, he didnt, and we went back that night. We bought a FIAT Lounge. We have always bought Dodges, which we have at the time, two. We have dealt with this dealership for years and have bought 7 vehicels. At one point in all those years We had one problem and they took care of it. Other than that, we had salesmen that were always polite and gracess. We have always walked away happy, thats why we always come backk to Dodge. This dealership is CLEAN, has popcorn, drinks, and donuts( if you get there early), haha. Ken Starnes was our salesman at the FIAT side of Dodge. He was funny and very helpful with me choosing the right car. We came back on Saturday to get my car. Ken went through all the gagets on panel. He had us sign a family board with the name of my car. I have driven my "Peanut" for 5 days now and love it, I wasnt sure, I've never driven a smaller car. It feels secure and even fits my grandbaby in the back. Ken Starnes did an excellent job helping me find my new vehicle. He kept me informed of every step. He explained all the features of my new vehicle. He called me a few days later to follow up on how I liked the car and if there were any problems/questions. I would highly recomment this dealership because of the way he handled my transaction. I did not feel that the financial portion was explained to me very well. Papers flew in front of me to be signed that I did not understand. However, it was getting close to closing time. The financial person was curteous and friendly. I just didn't feel I had the option to ask him questions and did not get to throughly look over the finanacial papers. More
