Ken is just the nicest guy ever! I've asked him a hundred different questions and he always stays patient with our indeciveness. Ask for a price and what a miracle you get it, rather than the canned emails, when can you come in and take a test drive, today or tomorrow?, please call and talk to my sales manager...blah,blah, blah. The only time I waited is when he switched phones which took about 20 seconds. Why Valley Honda? We haven't even purchased yet, will be soon, but based on Ken's polite and professional and patient attitude paired with quotes--don't argue, just give you the quote, we will be going with Valley. It's a trip from Palatine, but how many times do you do this? Worth the extra time to be treated decently, not hounded and have an HUGE selection. More

John Griffin did a great job guiding us through the sales process. I especially appreciated his thoughtfulness in the small details. There was something wrong with our brand new car... but Ken, Marco, and everyone at Valley Honda exceeded our expectations when quickly rectifying the issue with our vehicle. After our excellent experie Ken, Marco, and everyone at Valley Honda exceeded our expectations when quickly rectifying the issue with our vehicle. After our excellent experience purchasing our new car from Ken, we were upset when we got home to realize that something was wrong with the way the license plate was installed. The problem would likely have caused damage to the paint. We notified Ken the next business day and he and Marco were able to get us in immediately to resolve the problem and followed up with us afterward to make sure we were satisfied. They said they’d even show other technicians what had been done incorrectly so that it wouldn’t happen on another vehicle. Valley Honda’s dedication to superior service is obvious. If they go to this much effort when fixing a minor issue with a license plate, I have complete trust in them to service my cars in the future and to, hopefully, buy my next Honda from them too! More
