Horrible experience Horrible service. Could not tell me what was wrong with my transmission but told me I needed a completely new one and it would cost $5000. A month lat Horrible service. A month later after talking with the manager, found out about the goodwill program. They were able to get the price down to $1100 but still could not explain what was wrong. Had my car fixed, picked it up, got 2.5 miles down the road and my check engine light came on. Brought it back the next day because when I called they said the service department was closing. Brought it back on a Saturday and had to wait another 3 days to get my car back. Was told that a sensor had not been plugged in. More

When I arrived I was greeted by name which is always a nice touch. I had planned on waiting for the service to be completed but was informed it would take at least 2 hours. I hadn't arranged for a ride and when I informed my service manager he took care of setting me up with a loaner car. I was very grateful! More
