Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. I chose BMW as I viewed it as a world class organization like the United States Marine Corps; my commitment is to the people I serve. I look forward to working with you soon!

Within a half-hour of sending my inquiry about an orange X1, Ken returned my call. He emailed me descriptions and paperwork so I could finish everything before we came to the dealership to see the car in pe X1, Ken returned my call. This is the third BMW from this dealership and my second one from Ken Delk. Ken assisted from designing the car to the delivery. It was suppose to be delivered late but once the car made it to his center he one from Ken Delk. Ken assisted from designing the car to the delivery. My wife and I felt very welcomed from the moment we entered the Ganley BMW dealership. Sales people spent a good amount of time answering our questions and explaining the options available. Last week I had the best experience in decades of buying/leasing vehicles. Ken Delk and Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful natu buying/leasing vehicles. Ken Delk and Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful nature getting me into the vehicle I wanted was extraordinary. Ken's time to introduce me to the BMW brand, his level of knowledge and interpersonal skills were exceptional. The experience from Ken and Robert was a stark contrast to the treatment I received from another Cleveland area BMW dealership which turned me off to the BMW brand 2 years ago. I greatly appreciate the work of Ken Ganley, Ganley BMW, Ken Delk and Robert Strecker for making the dreaded experience of acquiring a vehicle a pleasure. With the addition of the new BMW from Ganley BMW we now have 3 vehicles from Ganley dealerships and I could not be happier with their consistent level of professionalism and customer service. More
