I pulled over and called Ken and he assured me they would stand behind the car and I could bring it to my mechanic and they would take care of any issue, thinking it might just be balancing. After several weeks of investigation, which Mannheim covered all costs, it appeared to be a problem with the drive shaft and possibly the transmission. Mannheim sold back to me the car I traded in and arranged for the delivery and pick up at my home nearly 2 hours away. They also covered the costs for both inspections, tire balancing and the investigation charges from my mechanic and a dealership. Although I was not able to keep the car that I had bought and loved from them, they stood by the entire time and made me full. I would definitely buy another car from them and hope they might find what I want. More
