RUN WHILE YOU CAN! LIARS, LIARS, AND MORE LIARS!!! I made my appt. with Steve Jones and brought my Capital One bank check to meet with Keme. My fiancé and I test drove a 2010 Sonata which was in good conditi my appt. with Steve Jones and brought my Capital One bank check to meet with Keme. My fiancé and I test drove a 2010 Sonata which was in good condition for the price and year but it was missing the two silver bumper trims. We were told by Keme that his manger would take care of it. After looking at a few more cars, we were asked to come inside, we had been there for over an hour already. We expressed to Keme that we wanted the Sonata since the 13 Accent we saw was sold the prior day and he said okay. Keme began to fill out a credit application and told us he was not going to run my credit but only use the information to put us on file. Little did we know, this was a lie. We already had our blank check, our credit did not need to be run again. Greg tried to talk us into having our credit run AFTER he had already run it, which we did not know. He also told us that someone else was looking at the car we said we were going to purchase over an hour earlier and tried to sell us into a more expensive car. After about an hour and half, Greg comes to us and said he "took care" of the problem with someone else wanting the vehicle we were going to purchase. THEN...I ask about the bumper trims which Keme had told us would be taken care us. Greg tried to get us to pay for no only the parts but also the labor of pieces that are factory standard on ALL Sonatas!! We told them they were full of it and left! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership in my life and I DO NOT recommend anyone waste their time and go there. More
