Brought my car for a regular oil change service and a couple of other minor issues, including noise/squealing of brakes. Kelvin at the service center was super helpful. He remembered me from my previous couple of other minor issues, including noise/squealing of brakes. Kelvin at the service center was super helpful. He remembered me from my previous interaction with him a couple of months ago (when I bought the car). The car was checked, serviced and my issue got fixed quickly. I was in and out within 2 hours. I was also able to work from their waiting room (great WiFi). I am very happy with Kelvin, Dan and this dealership. More

I have been coming to Kia for quite some time now and not one time have I came and left disappointed. The customer service that I have recieved (Kelvin) each and everytime has always been welcoming and pleas one time have I came and left disappointed. The customer service that I have recieved (Kelvin) each and everytime has always been welcoming and pleasant. The waiting area is fully equipped with coffee, wifi etc. All what is essential to make your wait extremely comfortable, although they get you in and out expeditiously. Overall the service is great! More

They were able to get my car in and out for some recall work very quickly, and the associates at the service center were very kind! However, a few days later I got an email saying that I had declined 4 ser work very quickly, and the associates at the service center were very kind! However, a few days later I got an email saying that I had declined 4 services, most of which had already been taken care of at a different service center, but more importantly none of that had been brought to my attention at the end of my appointment. All they did was give me my receipt and let me know my car was all set. I appreciate the pleasant and efficient service, but I don't appreciate having that potentially important information being withheld. I feel like it was a tactic to get me to come back in, and it tells me that they didn't actually complete a full inspection of my car. More

This is my 2nd service visit to Danbury. ..both were warrantee issues. My car was taken in when I arrived and finished when promised. My advisor, Kevin, kept me informed and walked me back to the car when it was done. I have 2 issues with KIA...NOT your dealership. I had this car for months while this recall was all over the web about a fire hazard but I never got a note/email from KIA alerting me NOT to park near any building....which was in the recall. Very irresponsible on the part of KIA. My 2nd issue is that your dealership will not honor the free 1st (and possibly 2nd) service at 8000 miles. Why..because the car was not purchased at your dealership. I have never run into this with my GM cars and Jeeps that we also own. That is a policy that really should be changed. I should not have to purchase a Maint package just to get a service covered by the warrantee. More
