We purchased a Lyriq in July of 2026. Sapaugh employees lied to us that our new car came with a $7500 rebate, prepared & gave us the paperwork for our tax’s. The problem is they didn’t report the sale to the government as they were required. We have been getting the run around since April when we brought this to there attention. Now 09/17/2026 Sapaugh says it didn’t meet the guidelines even though at the time of the sale they promoted the rebate to get us to buy the car. Please be careful when dealing with these folks they are rude & extremely ruthless after the sale ( they do not admit when they are wrong stay as far away from them as possible especially there general manager Joe Clemens ) More
