This is one of the easiest reviews I've ever written... the salesman that we worked with is a long time friend of our extended family. You'd expect a biased review and you'd be correct if you know Kelley the salesman that we worked with is a long time friend of our extended family. You'd expect a biased review and you'd be correct if you know Kelley Jones and Jeff White. Simply put this is the way car buying should be and it is the way Skyline Ford treats everyone. Most of us have a very low tolerance for some of the tactics used by sales and marketing in the car industry. And we don't want to waste hours negotiating a "deal". Personally, on a busy day, if I can't get in and out of a dealership in under 2 hours something's not right. Car buying can be easy if you're realistic. 1. You turn your trade-in over the the salesman for an appraisal. 2. You take the car you want for a test drive. 3. Return to the dealership talk with the salesman, reach a fair agreement, shake hands to seal the deal (old school) and 4. Move on to the finance department. It's not rocket science or brain surgery.... your just buying a car... yeah it's expensive, but it doesn't have to be painful. Do your research on the web, don't believe everything you read. If you don't like the process of buying a car, I don't blame you... but when you go the the dealer, leave your attitude outside, remember the people you're dealing with have more experience at selling cars than we ever will, don't assume they're out to extract every penny they can get from you, be fair, and they'll be fair with you.
