Excellent experience leasing a car I leased a car for the first time two years ago from Skyline Ford. The lease was ending in December and I was really nervous about the end of lease pr I leased a car for the first time two years ago from Skyline Ford. The lease was ending in December and I was really nervous about the end of lease process. I had an excellent experience with Kelley Jones at Skyline Ford on South Commercial the first time I leased a car so I went back to him. I told him I was nervous. He listened to my concerns, asked me what I really wanted and told me he would do his best for me. I told him race red was my favorite color, that needed really good gas mileage, a roomy trunk (I had a Ford Fiesta hatchback before), a payment amount I could afford, it needed to be practical but fun to drive and NOT look like an old lady car. The credit application process was simple and painless :) He contacted me a couple days later, said he found a car he thought I would love and that he'd like me to test drive it. It was a brand new 2015 race red Ford Focus, had the features I wanted and MORE (a "sport package" with cool wheels, high performance tires and awesome ground affects). He was right. I did love it! I didn't have to put any money down because of the rebates he researched and found for me, he worked hard to keep the price in the tier that would give me the best rate and the payment was LOWER than I expected. To top it off, he already had all the paperwork ready so, if I liked it, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I left the dealership a short time later in a car with a full tank of gas that I could afford and was absolutely thrilled with!! Kelley went above and beyond for me. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. He has definitely earned my loyalty. He's the only one I will go to for all of my future purchases. I highly recommend him!! Tami Levin More
