The staff was very pleasant during and after the sale, offered a fair price on both I am very happy with my new car purchase from Springfield Hyundai. The staff was very pleasant during and after the sale, offered a fair price on both my trade in and new car and found me financing a good rate (even re-working the paperwork at the last minute when a better offer came in). Loved My Experience!! My experience was amazing. I was going to by a Jeep Cherokee but no one came over to greet me. They were very unprofessional. Your Staff is Awesome! My experience was amazing. No Pressure Used Car Exsperience I arrived at Springfield Hyundai on a rainy Memorial Day and was greeted by Keith Sharon. I had reviewed used vehicles on line and had the plan for t I arrived at Springfield Hyundai on a rainy Memorial Day and was greeted by Keith Sharon. I had reviewed used vehicles on line and had the plan for the day and never felt pressured or obligated. Keith was very professional and patient during the process and I was able to purchase a safe new car. The entire process was under 4 hours and all were extremely hospitable and informative. Keith was extremely patient and understanding of my lack of ALL of the new technology improvements. Keith actually took the time to load my phone contacts to the blue tooth in seconds which would have taken me days. I am looking forward to future visits. More
