A refreshing car buying experience. During our most recent vehicle purchase we had several frustrating experiences at other dealerships. McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealers During our most recent vehicle purchase we had several frustrating experiences at other dealerships. McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealerships when we were looking for a new Colorado, and we were not hopeful that something was going to get done based upon our experience at the other three dealerships. However, Doreen, Dave, and Keith provided a truly amazing experience. They were empathetic to our situation and really treated us like family. We at no point experienced the typical pressure of a car dealership and they were able to get us into a vehicle with all the options we wanted at a price we were comfortable with.
