Dave and everyone we dealt with at McLaughlin made sure not only that it was a good fit for me and my husband but for my brother as well. He was generous with his time while being respectful of ours. Also you don't have to chase Dave down he responds to messages quickly. Before we left the lot in our (new to us) Equinox, he went over many of the safety setting to make sure they were how we wanted them. He also helped preset some of our favorite SiriusXM stations. I went in to talk to someone about buying out my lease in March 2021 and ended up sitting down with Keith. He was very straightforward and was very willing to explain everything to me as far as options as I March 2021 and ended up sitting down with Keith. He was very straightforward and was very willing to explain everything to me as far as options as I had never purchased after leasing before. I had leased the truck at another local dealer the end of 2017, and I walked out after signing the paperwork feeling like I needed a shower....this has never been the case at McLaughlin. When the time comes for me to look for another vehicle I will absolutely be going back. I would have written this review sooner but just became aware of this site tonight. More

I purchased an SUV from sales consultant, Will Roy. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made the entire experience for me stress free. After choosing, he went above and beyond what I expected of a sales consultant. He then had my trade in looked at and the gentleman was more than fair with the price quoted. I was then taken into finance director, Keith Nickerson who was also very professional and knowledgeable, being sure I understood everything I was signing. I then returned to Will's desk while awaiting my new purchase. Was asked if I wanted coffee or hot chocolate. Who does that. The service department did such a beautiful job cleaning my SUV again, even though it looked awesome already. I drove off with my SUV in two hours after arriving for my appointment with Will. Iam over the moon with my purchase. Thank you so much Will for all you did to make my experience the best I ever had when buying a vehicle. Your awesome! More

Dave Neudeck was great! He picked me up, and drove me back and forth to the dealership from my home, and even bought me a coffee on the way!
