Excellent Car Buying Experience I had an excellent car buying experience at DCH Montclair Acura. I was searching for a used Porsche Macan S and found the perfect one here. It was a night and day difference from a previous experience at an independent used car dealership. Colleen promptly replied to my first inquiry and I was then in contact with Keith Mickens who was very nice and professional. Upon arrival for my appointment at the dealership, they had the vehicle waiting outside the entrance and it was nice and clean - truly in excellent condition! With the quarantine guidelines, I was able to test drive it with my wife and father and Keith gave us a longer than the standard test drive route where I got to really get a feel of it. When it came time to negotiating, Keith was very transparent, but he and his manager were flexible and reasonable when it came to the final price and trade in value for our other vehicle. Hamad, the finance guy, was also very nice and helpful. My wife and I were admittedly not entirely prepared for purchasing the vehicle on the same day, but when it came down to the details and completing the purchase, Keith and Hamad were extremely helpful and accommodating. It's only been 2 weeks but the vehicle has been flawless and my wife and I are loving it. I highly recommend DCH Montclair Acura! More

Visited DCH Montclair Acura for a used car purchase. Fair straight forward process both in terms of sale and financing. Minimal haggling. Have leased from them before would do so again. All staff, especially including, Keith, our salesperson, were very straight-forward and enjoyable to work with. The car was all ready and prepared for pick up, polished and looking really swell. Since it is a pre-owned car they didn't seem to offer as much service as they would have for a new vehicle however, when the key batteries needed to be replaced within a few weeks of pickup and the service light came on. More
