Everything was satisfactory. I didn't appreciate having to walk up the hill in the wet weather to retrieve my car. I don't want to through anyone under the bus here. It took 6 months (Mar. -Sept. 2024) for the part to arrive and service to be performed on the tailgate (that was manually operational only) on my XC60. And, I was not being -Sept. 2024) for the part to arrive and service to be performed on the tailgate (that was manually operational only) on my XC60. And, I was not being kept up to date on the progress or success of obtaining the part either until I went to Secor service and complained. This is bad customer service and entirely too long to wait for any reason!! The tailgate does appear to be working now, at last. Since the work was only recently done, I cannot rate the quality of the work as yet. More
