The used car manager was condescending and unprofessional. I don't know how he got this position. If not for liking Keith and this being my second car with him in the last 3 months, I would ha unprofessional. I don't know how he got this position. If not for liking Keith and this being my second car with him in the last 3 months, I would have walked away from the deal because of the manager. Please don't sit in a multi million dollar building and tell me that you aren't making money on cars. Look around idiot, there were at least 6 people buying new cars in addition to me. More
