After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard Submarines for 8 years, I entered the automotive industry in 1992 and have been in a variety of positions since. Currently serving Concordville Subaru as a Finance Manager and couldn’t be happier. I was raised in the small town of Macungie, PA which is in the Lehigh Valley near Allentown. Since joining the Concordville Family, I stopped that daily commute and moved to Malvern. For my passion on Sundays off, I play baseball with the Lehigh Valley Mens Senior Baseball League (Red Sox 50’s and older) and can still hit and throw the ball hard.

Doug did a nice job of walking me through the purchasing aspect as well as the instructions before I drove it off the lot. The only part I didn't care for was all the extended warranty options - too many m aspect as well as the instructions before I drove it off the lot. The only part I didn't care for was all the extended warranty options - too many make immediate decisions on. Would be nice to have a listing of types and prices to think about for about a week. I just don't make decisions like that so quickly. JS More

For our first experience with Subaru I couldn't have asked for anything better. Cassandria greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us the whole way through. With this being our 11th car this is the first time the I've ever met a sales manager (John). Not only did he stick with us the all the way to delivery of the car he was a great accompaniment to Cassandria . I'm pretty sure we just made the switch from a Honda household to a Subaru household simply based on the staff. More
