The representative told me he would call me back when my vehicle was done and I never received it. I just showed up because I had to go to work and just had to hope my vehicle was done. Luckily there was another representative who went to get my vehicle because there weren’t any porters available to go get my vehicle or one wasn’t called by the cashier, I’m not sure about that. I was also charged about $9 extra for cleaning supplies and nothing was explained to me why they had to use that and if I had to pay for it then why wasn’t the supplies left in my vehicle I paid for them right. Usually when just a basic oil change is done they lift your vehicle and remove a drain plug to gravity feed the oil out and replace it when done. Then they’ll exchange your oil filter. Lastly they will use a hose which goes directly into where you check your oil and that is pumped not poured so I’m wondering where would the need for cleaning supplies come in at. That’s seems like a phantom charge and if it’s not then where was the communication and illustration. More
