Kaylyn Is my go-to person when it comes to bringing In the Nissan Versa in for an oil change and is kind, sweet and caring and polite and extremely respectful and also listens to your needs and when I bro the Nissan Versa in for an oil change and is kind, sweet and caring and polite and extremely respectful and also listens to your needs and when I brought in the versa for its second oil change a gentleman came over and I showed him what appeared to be a scratch and he took some kind of cleaner and rag and it wasn't a scratch it was something that looked like a scratch and it took some pressure with the rag with the cleaner but it was removed was a relief that it wasn't a scratch i give the advisors themselves a 5 star rating for everything I experienced and its a home run on the service team but 3 stars for sales which need to learn a thing or two from service on being respectful and how they treat customers. More
