I had to practically beg or fight for a quote and when it came to locating the car/color that I want, I was told to do it myself and let them know where it's at. When I finally went with another offer and unsubscribed to their automatic emails, I got threatening text and email and a phone call which I did not answer, all from Lee Laughlin. Very poor form, indeed. Kira was a smart alec as well. My first contact with the dealership was when I asked how long their test drives were (I like to try driving in the dark to see how good the headlights are). She replied I could have a forever test drive if I just filled out 10 pieces of paper (anotherwords bought a car) and then never offered any other help or information. Katie was very sweet and helpful but never got back to me after my test drive despite promising to email info on the trimlines. So they seem too crazy busy to keep track of who they are supposed to be following up with AND they employ some very off balance Salespeople. No one ever offered to quote me, no one asked for the sale or offered to find me the car I wanted. I had to ask for all of that and keep bugging them to get it and finally had to figure things out myself. When I finally did, I suddenly got a response, thou quite inappropriate. More

7 Hours Planning to buy a Outback… We’ve been researching dealerships for a good 2 months trying to find a good dealer with a good selection of Outbacks………finally decided to make a road We’ve been researching dealerships for a good 2 months trying to find a good dealer with a good selection of Outbacks………finally decided to make a road trip to Carrollton,Ohio to HUEBNER CHEV.-SUBARU because of there good selection.This would mean a 3 hour drive each way but was pretty sure we were ready to buy and felt like it would be worth our while.I spoke with a salesman Friday to make sure they had plenty to look at and told him we would be there the next day……called him again Saturday morning when they opened and verified we were leaving.we finally got there at 12;45 and spoke with a salesman(they were very busy)…he took us back in his office for about 10 minutes while he found a salesman and then told us to wait in the showroom till he found one.About 20 minutes later a salesman did come………and he even apologized for being so busy………but said quote “We are closed”………exactly those words……that was it!……………NEEDLESS TO SAY……I was shocked and humiliated ………and swore to myself that I would never,ever, buy a Subaru …(much less from them)…BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS……………we decided to stop at LOUIS THOMAS SUBARU in Parkersburg on the way home………so 2 hours later we bought a BRAND SPANK’IN NEW SUBARU OUTBACK and payed cash for it……………THE END…………oh by the way………no one ever mentioned they closed at 1:00PM ON A SATURDAY!!!!… More

100% satisfied with Huebner Subaru. After owning a Subaru Impreza, I was hooked on that brand. Everything about it was fantastic. The gas mileage, the all wheel drive, the handling, the performance, the reliability, and the trade in value. I knew the next car I was going to buy was going to be another Subaru. That's when I went online to see what was out there. I was immediately drawn to Huebner's low prices and high volume. This time I wanted to step up to a mid size sedan. As I was looking at the different sedan options, this white 2018 Legacy jumped out at me. When I saw it had black interior, I had to take a closer look at it. It was very well equipped with a very fair price tag. Long story short, I got a good price for my Impreza trade in and I feel that Huebner and I both hit a home run with this deal. We both came out winners and that's what really counts. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. More
