Even after deciding on the make and model car I wanted, I found that going from dealer to dealer to locate the car with the desired features was chall Even after deciding on the make and model car I wanted, I found that going from dealer to dealer to locate the car with the desired features was challenging. Once my frustration level hit max, I called a colleague who had bragged on Katie one day when we were having lunch. He has used Katie for years and insisted that she was the best. I called her, told her what I wanted, along with the features desired, gave her my information to complete a credit ap and she called me back the next day to tell me she found the car. She let me know the price, told me it would be ready the next morning and so that I didn’t end up with 2 cars at the dealership, she arranged for the sales person to pick me up at my house. My buddy was right - Katie is outrageous! She completely removed me from the segment of a car buying experience that’s distasteful. I will definitely retain her contact information so the next car can be obtained in the same manner. More
