We were able to get our new car in less than 4 hours. They took care of the insurance transfer. Kathleen Baade was terrific. When it comes to service you feel like you are treated like their only customer. You can wait at the lounge and have coffee, bagels, water or snacks while reading the newspapers or they actually offer to drive you home if the servicing takes an extended period of time and deliver your car to your home when it’s finished.
