At the time there was a car on the floor that I loved but was just out of the price (cash) I was willing to pay but I never forgot it. Fast forward to 2023. Was in for service. Was getting many communications via email and letter asking if I wanted to trade in my car. On a whim I asked Karl if they had a 2023 Q5 in kronos gray with the black ops package on the lot and with my trade in and Audi deals what it would cost. He said they did not but there were other dealers with the exact car I wanted and Audi Devon was able to secure this for me within 10 days. On March 17 I picked up my new car!! I cannot compliment Audi Devon, and especially Karl, enough. I drive it with pride every day and love every mile. Love the new touch screen. So much easier to navigate. If I ever need another car it will be an Q5 Audi from Audi Devon. I have revised my review because I meant to include the exterior color (kronos gray) of my Q5. I highly recommend this color. In certain lights it has a beautiful subtle green tint. More
