I have been a Nissan Customer since 2001 and this has been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with in the last 14 years! It has changed my whole perspective on what type of company Nissan been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with in the last 14 years! It has changed my whole perspective on what type of company Nissan is and exactly how much they care about their customers and make me want to take my business else where. It is true one bad apple can spoil the fruit tree and that is exactly what Karl Forman has done for me. He was completed unclear about the service plans that were included in my purchase and does everything to try and make a quick buck than what is right for Nissan customers. He even threatens to fire his employees and tries to interrogate and insult his customers. More
