Karine holds a Degree in Finance from Rhode Island College and she is Master Certified with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals. Karine is originally from The Cape Verde Islands and has been residing in Rhode Island for 22 Years. When she is not working, Karine enjoys spending time with her family and in her garden, teaching her young daughter about the beauty of growing organic foods and tending to her Rose garden. Karine loves to practice Yoga and meditation. One of Karine's many strengths is her great customer service skills. I have been coming to Lexus of Warwick for sales, parts and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the fi and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the first time, they are always making sure that I keep coming back. When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back. More

The woman in the financing department behaved so poorly and insulted me regarding my income. My income was accidentally listed as weekly instead of monthly on the online application. She just couldn't beli and insulted me regarding my income. My income was accidentally listed as weekly instead of monthly on the online application. She just couldn't believe that there was ever a possibility that I could make that amount per week and requested 2 paystubs from me proving my income. Instead of asking me if there was an error, she pointed out that she corrected the application because there was no way I could have made that. To this day I am still fuming over her choice of words. I would never get financing through them ever again because of her. Everyone else I dealt with was wonderful. More

I dreaded going into a car dealer like a dentist appointment. But, to my surprise, I had the most painless and enjoyable experience!
