Amazing customer service!! While on a road trip between Boston and Buffalo we encountered a problem with our transmission that occurred at 7pm. We called the nearest Honda Deale While on a road trip between Boston and Buffalo we encountered a problem with our transmission that occurred at 7pm. We called the nearest Honda Dealer and Christina Rossi (our service advisor) bent over backward to help us. She allowed us to come in immediately and the mechanics diagnosed the issues within minutes. Everything was explained to us and a plan was put in place to get the needed part first thing in the morning. The team at Mohawk Honda helped to locate a hotel for us and called us with an update in the morning and to check on how we were doing. Truly top notch customer service!! More
