She was so informative, more than patient, and incredibly professional. She made my buying experience a pleasure. From the test drive to signing. I never felt so at ease and in no rush to buy because Nicole’s goal was obvious which was to make sure I was happy with the decision I was about to make. After many years, I’m now a BMW owner again and am so thrilled with my new car. This is a review BRAMAN PORSCHE. ...................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warr ...................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. I declined to have the work done and was NOT happy! I paid the diagnostic fee and left. The following day the service Manager Craig Middleton went out of his way to give me a call to tell me that they made a mistake on the amount out of pocket and he wanted to make it right, and boy did he! They picked up my car from my house dropped off a loaner car repaired my Cayenne in 3 days, refunded my diagnostic fee and did not charge me a dime out of pocket! He also had my car detailed and out front ready to go when I got there! As a retired GM in the car business, I must tell you that Craig and his team did an outstanding job of making a disgruntled customer into a happy customer and I must say now a customer for life!! Thanks Craig and the team a Braman Porsche!! More
