On Saturday 12 September 2026 my family and I went to Joe Machens Nissan in Columbia, MO to look at a used Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2023 Nissan Kicks S. While going through the purchasing process I had questions about the tires but the salesperson assured me that they were in good shape. Long story short, my daughter drove this car all the way from Columbia, MO to Rocky Mount, MO on dangerously low tire pressure in two tires. I know this because the low pressure warning lit up on the dash the next morning when I started it. Dobbs checked the tires and noticed that three had a lot of sidewall wear with one showing the steel belt on the inside of the tire. This is on a CPO vehicle! Their checklist is a joke, don't buy from these people unless you bring your own mechanic!!! I sent a detailed email talking about this problem to the General Manager and Sales Manager, zero reply, zero concern for their customers. More

I went to check out a 2026 Frontier Pro-4X and had Kaleb as my salesman. Earlier, I’d gone to the Joe Machens Nissan website, punched in my credit score and 60 month loan which showed 0% APR. With Kaleb, I was surprised to find that didn’t seem to be an option. I tried to show him the banner on Joe Machens Nissan website that showed the same thing and still, no luck. Kaleb also seemed to think the Nissan Military Discount was only for retirees and not for active duty. Overall, Kaleb was nice and friendly but didn’t seem to know Joe Machens Nissan own pricing.
