It was only a short time later, when David called, and I told him I was looking for a white 2022 CX-5 turbo signature. He said he would call me back as soon as he checked the inventory. He called back a few minutes later, and told me he had one in stock, and would send me some pictures. He not only sent the pictures, he went out of his way to send me a video, as well. My husband and I went to the dealership later that day, and David had the car waiting for us. It wasn't long after the test drive that I made the decision to purchase the car. I got a good deal on the purchase price, and a good deal on my trade-in. David was absolutely great, while walking me through the process, and I've never had a better experience at any other dealership. I would recommend Ferman Mazda - Brandon to anyone wanting to purchase a new, or used car, and I certainly would refer them to David. I also wanted to mention that working with the Finance Manager, Caleb was also a very good experience. Caleb made the tedious process of signing all the paperwork seamless.
