I have not been a fan of the corporate approach that Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. He's very helpful and friendly. I cringe when I see the woman in the Koons commercials. More

I have A 2017 GMC Acadia I have had brake problems with this truck since it was new I am still having problems with the brake system On this vehicle I am being told that the mechanic cannot smell brakes bu this truck since it was new I am still having problems with the brake system On this vehicle I am being told that the mechanic cannot smell brakes burning or heat marks on the rotors they have already replaced the back rotors on the truck a little over 17,000 miles because the rotors is warped They kept telling me it was nothing wrong with the brakes More
