Dahl ford has always treated me very well. I was scheduled service today to check my 12 volt battery and sensor which according to Ford has been causing sync 4a updates to fail. Everything checked out well, I was told my truck had the most current sync update that was available to them even though there are newer update available for the lightning. Contacting ford once again I discovered that ford doesn't make the new updates available to the dealer when they first come out. I told the Ford representative the dealers should have these updates available to them the moment they are available. Hopefully this will be the norm in the future. If a customer has trouble with OTA updates the could go to their dealership to get them pushed. At this point the dealerships hands are tie & can only push updates that ford makes available to them even though there are newer updates. Dahl ford does an excellent job even with the restrictions ford puts on their dealers. More

I always purchased Certified Pre-Owned trucks from Dahl. When my last truck expired I purchased a new Explorer. The Escape is great vehicle but NOT A TRUCK! 2 years later the trade-in value of my Explore When my last truck expired I purchased a new Explorer. The Escape is great vehicle but NOT A TRUCK! 2 years later the trade-in value of my Explorer skyrocketed and Dahl hooked me up with the F150 that I was sorely missing! The ladies of the BDC (the ones that answer the emails and online chat) went above and beyond to find the value of my trade. Then they showed me the truck before I even went into the dealership. When I got there it was perfect! Erik in Sales made sure it was the exact truck and price I needed. Mark in Prep delivered the shiny new vehicle! Travis spent over an hour with me making sure I knew how to work the truck's new technology. Over the years I have purchased (3) used trucks, (2) new, and (2) new escapes. Dahl never disappoints!!!
