Being greeted by the woman at the desk was terrific. Having a woman salesperson who was knowledgeable was great. I appreciated her keeping me informed since I had to wait for the wheels. Price they offered was consistent with Consumer Reports and giving me a special deal on the alloy wheels sealed it for me. I appreciated the manager on the prices. But your greatest asset is the woman greeter at the door. Compared to other dealerships this made a big difference since we were going to buy a Toyota - it just depended on which dealer and that one aspect make the difference. So don't lose that part of the dealership. More
