The sales person was very polite and transparent. He was the best at following up and making my life easy. The dealership is turnkey and got me by far the best insurance quote. Everyone was extremely He was the best at following up and making my life easy. The dealership is turnkey and got me by far the best insurance quote. Everyone was extremely friendly. The only downside is that the car itself had very used tires that were due for replacement and a scratch that was supposed to get buffed out, which they could not do. The other downside is that the price negotiation is slow and a bit unnecessary. Would be nice to get the right price from the start. More

I tried to speed up the process by emailing documents in advance to no avail. Was not told car was not at dealership blew $120 on Ubers. Finance paperwork messed up so I have to resign everything?
