Right when we came in the dealership, the receptionist greeted us with her friendly welcoming smile and got helped immediately. Caleb Tran was our sales rep and he was totally helpful, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He was so accommodating to our work schedule and truly went out of his way to help us learn the bells and whistles about our new vehicle. We were also very impressed with the finance staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our very first new car was a Honda Accord that we purchased from the Honda Dealership when it was near downtown Lincoln and we're so happy that we came back "home" to Honda of Lincoln after purchasing our used vehicles from competitors. Our sales representative, Calvin West, was attentive, outstandingly courteous, and was able to show me the vehicles that I was looking for. Calvin and the rest of the staff made sure that every step of the purchase was open, honest, fair, and easy. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Honda of Lincoln. Each and every time I found them very fair and honest and forthright. It is definitely the best dealership I have dealt with. (And I have had dealings with various dealers from Washington, to Georgia, and even in Europe.) More
