Overall the experience was good. There were some detailing issues that I noticed and the car was redetailed after I mentioned them. Also, the manager and sales person never mentioned the lack of a Sirius radio. All other brands I have bought come with a radio and 3 months service but BMW the radio is optional. The Manager then said if I had asked about it at the time of sale it would have been $350 to install. Now it would be $527 since it now required an hour of labor. This is what I would call nickel and diming. More
