Do not trust this dealership’s finance department. They are actively withholding my money. I purchased a truck from this dealership and bought an extended warranty. I sold the vehicle in December 202 They are actively withholding my money. I purchased a truck from this dealership and bought an extended warranty. I sold the vehicle in December 2025 and legally canceled the warranty. The warranty company has explicitly confirmed that they processed the cancellation and sent the $1,100 refund check directly back to this dealership. For months, the finance team and management have completely ghosted me. They refuse to answer my calls, they ignore my emails, and they have even refused to answer emails from the warranty company itself. They are sitting on $1,100 that legally belongs to me, hoping I will just give up and go away. I am incredibly disappointed by the utter lack of professionalism and basic ethics here. If management does not contact me immediately to send my refund check, my next step is filing official complaints with the New York State DMV, the NY Attorney General’s Consumer Frauds Bureau, and Long Island Consumer Affairs. Buyer beware: once they have your money, they will completely block you. Avoid this place. More

I have been shopping around the eastern coast for a 2020 to 2025 - Five Series BMW with low mileage, well equipped yet affordable because I don’t want to finance. I just lucked out and found this Dealership to 2025 - Five Series BMW with low mileage, well equipped yet affordable because I don’t want to finance. I just lucked out and found this Dealership that meets all four of my requirements for shopping high end European cars. I live near Atlanta and every type of dealership has at least one 5 Series, BUT it’s not “The One!” Atlanta, Birmingham, Al, northern Florida hasn’t got the BMW that I’ve recently seen on dealerrater.com. I have to add that BMW sales teams in Atlanta aren’t always eager to let the well maintained, high quality with low mileage get sold to the average customer ( most likely those go to the sales relative or best friend.) BMW dealerships within the Deep South for the most part are great for new or zero miles 5 series. They make a reputation for taking care of their best customers. More
