Great service and seems to go out of the way in explaining things. Like the friendly attitude of employees. The little get-togeathers are great also. I love dealing with MB of Cinn. There is never any pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her pressure during the sales process. Charlene keeps both our Mercedes in top working order. And while I am usually in a hurry to get going when I drop my car off for service, she always takes time to explain what needs to be done and answer my questions. More
