My experience was pretty bad . . . I was told I was able to finance a new car by myself no co signer. A few day from being 2 weeks of taking home the new car I get a call say that I needed to take out a lon to finance a new car by myself no co signer. A few day from being 2 weeks of taking home the new car I get a call say that I needed to take out a lone to pay off the car or a signer. Unfortunately I dont have the original paperwork from the signing but I do have to the release of liability form. Im very disappointed with the experience I had. . . especially since I had to return the car 2 weeks later after showing it off. More

We initially came in just to test drive and look around. Jonathan was the first person who helped and greeted us. He made this experience easier than we thought it was going to be. He wasn’t pushy or demand Jonathan was the first person who helped and greeted us. He made this experience easier than we thought it was going to be. He wasn’t pushy or demanding and he catered to our needs. He listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and took his time with us. We ended up leaving the first day but came back the next day because of the great service Jonathan provided. His sales manager also was the cherry on the top. We can’t remember his name, but they both made this experience very smooth and enjoyable. We 100% made the right decision. Our finance helper was also very helpful. But the only who made this experience unforgettable, was Jonathan. Thank you for everything. More

I purchased a Santa Fe after driving a Toyota I purchased a Santa Fe after driving a Toyota 17years. My experience over here is terrible in many ways . 1) the car. I told the salesman , Mr I purchased a Santa Fe after driving a Toyota 17years. My experience over here is terrible in many ways . 1) the car. I told the salesman , Mr Steve Chang, that I didn't need any fancy features like leather seats or a sun loof from my new car. I told him, in Korean, that the only thing I wanted was 'the thing that warns me tti tti tti tti when I am changing lanes to avoid collision ". I told him I'd had narrowly escaped accidents many times while I was changing lanes . I admit I didn't use the term ' blind spot detection'. But obviously that was what I mentioned to him. When he was showing around the Santa Fe that I bought, I asked him again what was doing ' the ' tti tti tti tti warning when changing lanes' , then he pointed out the ' Lane keep assist icon button ',and said that was the thing for it. Before leaving the dealership, I asked him one last time, " For sure, this one has warning system if I am about to hit an object when I back up , doesn't it?". He answered," if there are moving rear traffic , it will warn you. If they are sitting still , it won't.". (Looking back,he looked a little uncomfortable at that time.) So I left the dealership in my brand new Santa Fe. However after one week of driving and careful observation , I concluded my brand new car didn't have "blind spot detection assist". I read the manual too. "The Lane Keep" assist helps me while I am going forward. What I need badly was an assist when I am changing lanes and going backward. Everyday when I go back home after work , I have to change 3 lanes in seconds to exit 60 -E freeway at Grand Ave because 57-N freeway joins there. Also I have hit cars before in parking lots when I backed up. So the blind spot assist is the most wanted for me. But I was lied to. 2) $ At first, the price Mr Chang gave me was $ 27,xxx.00. When he came back from the office with the final price including taxes and everything, the final price was based on $ 28,325.00. It went up. I asked him why. He said $ 27.xxx.00 was last years price and the new price is correct. I was foolish enough I signed on the contract. All I have written above is true and correct . On the day , my old car almost broke down and I let him know I needed to buy a new car. If I am naive and have no experience of buying a new car, is it o.k to tell me lies on the important feature of the car and change your mind and charge me the full MSRP without any discount? Is it O.K not to give me $500 discount or rebate you were offering for Labor day promotion ? ( I saw the TV commercial a couple of days later ) I am the last person who like to put other people in trouble. But I need to tell this to somebody. I will report this to related org. More
