3,000 worth of add ones that apparently already on the car although the car was t even detailed yet. They sent me home without a plug for my plugin and didnt detail the car!!! They claimed that once I was done with the finance the car would be cleaned. I didn't notice once i was home because of course this took all day and it was dark once I left. I took the car back to get the detail is should have gotten, by the way i live 70 miles away, i don't just live down the street. When I got the car back all the paperwork in the glove compartment was taken out and the mats!! Upon picking the car up they said they couldn't do anything about it because the service department was now closed. I get a text back from Johnathan stating that they took the mats out because the car only had three. That's just doesn't make sense. The car had all four and why would they take the mats if i only had three? They are still mine. So they said they'll mail the mats to me. I got the mats in the mail but not the paperwork!! The mats were dirty and full of hair. And get this they gave me two right front mats. What a joke!!! Hate this dealership. I would not recommend. They can't get anything done right More
