From the first moment we walked in the door, we were paid attention to and welcomed. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. We had already been to 4 other dealers but did not want to make up our minds without trying out a Subaru Forester. Justin set up a test drive for us, and by the time we came back from around the block, we had almost made up our minds. We went to lunch and called Justin back to tell him we wanted the car. A few days later, we went in to pick it up. Justin spent almost an hour going over all the fancy things, including setting up our phones for Bluetooth. Also Collette from Finance was friendly and efficient. She explained everything well and made sure we had all the paperwork in line. Overall, a super pleasant experience and the first oil change is free! We love the car already, but it will take a while to learn how to use it to its fullest. Again, Justin is available to help!
