Best Car Buying Experience Ever Like most people, I hate buying cars. I have had my share of bad experiences in the past. When we first arrived, Customer Care Representative Marissa Lindsey walked over, introduced herself and set us at ease. My Sales Consultant Jeremy Guider was very pleasant and helpful. He and Sales Manager Justin Garza displayed a ton of helpful patience when I balked when needing clarification of some things that we were being offered. Everyone was outstanding, and it was a pleasure to meet General Manager Ben Burton. It is the first time that I bought a car and felt like I had an ally that was consulting with me, rather than an adversarial relationship. Finance Manager Mike Wilson did a great job of explaining the warranty options so we could make an informed decision. I plan to do business with Parkside again in the future. More
