The specific vehicle I wanted wasn’t on the lot, but in less than two weeks, he had it there and kept me updated on its whereabouts the entire time. What really stood out was his honesty, if he didn’t know something about the vehicle, he never made something up or tried to fake it like other salespeople have in the past. And unlike previous experiences, he never questioned why I wanted my monthly payment to be so low, which was such a bizarre thing I’ve been asked before. He simply listened, understood what I was looking for, and found the closest match to meet all my goals. I’m also looking forward to continuing to work with him, as he’ll be my point of contact for all future maintenance appointments. Best part? He texts! This millennial is happy! She was blessed to have visited 4 Stars Toyota where Vicki, Gary, and Justin took the time to walk her through the process without the sales pressure often associated with buying a car. They are also very knowledgeable and understanding about the process of registering and insuring a car for military personnel. This was certainly an added bonus. I cannot recommend highly enough.
