I started in the Automotive industry out of Highschool as a Lot attendant/Detailer in Wasilla Alaska. Moved to Service as a Lube Tech and then later into Auto Sales in 2010. I worked as A salesmen, sales Manager, Business Development Manager and Finance manager throughout the years. I have spent the last 6 years in F&I between Ford, Porsche Audi Volkswagen and Hyundai. My wife and I have 4 children (all Boys) and recently relocated back to Ohio where I spent the majority of my childhood. We have a couple Dogs and love spending time as a family outdoors camping and fishing.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Negotiations felt fair and I actually feel like I got a good deal on my lease. Luke was knowledgeable about the car, answered any questions we had along and helped us understand the numbers and calculations of what went into the monthly payment. I also didn’t feel pressured to make a decision quickly and was given time to myself to think the deal over to make sure this is what I wanted, The next day was quick and easy, in and out in almost two hours on the dot. Paperwork and financing was easy. All the payment amounts and additions were clearly explained with no surprises. Overall a great experience! I would definitely do business with Klaben again as well as recommend the dealer to anyone looking for a new Ford/Lincoln. More
