I was lied to and cheated. Never went to a dealership before where you could not or were prevented from talking to the financial manager. I never agreed to the inflated price and hidden charges. I was rushed around and prevented from seeing the paperwork. It was stuck in the glove compartment. No guarantee on " Zurich Shield"- can not even tell if it it on. "Rental" fees for the lease were 5 times higher than the last car of comparable value, I leased. The salesman just said "the state law allows us to do it- like tax your deposit twice and charge you up front for the $350 fee that is supposed to be determined at the end of the lease. They do not even have the money I put down correct. Two papers.... two different amounts. The car is steady and OK but the promised mileage is another "inflated" figure. I can get the same on my 2007 Hybrid as I am getting on the 2022 Hybrid. More
